We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned which have been used or which have been damaged by the customer upon receiving the item. The Rig Doctor Inc. holds the authority to refuse a refund should the items fall under the circumstances mentioned above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Q : Is this item in stock?
A : On each product page, you can find an availability status for the product. If the product is not in stock, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be notified when the item is back in stock.
Q : Where are you located?
A : The Rig Doctor's head office is located in Toronto, Canada. However, we also have a distribution center located in California, USA
Q : What payment methods do you accept?
A : We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q : What shipping method do you use?
A : We ship with USPS.
Q : How much does shipping cost?
A: Your shipping rates will be calculated based on your location and will be visible at the "shipping" stage of your order checkout.
Q: Do you charge sales taxes?
A : Yes. The sales tax rate will be visible at checkout.
Q : Are there import charges on orders shipped within the USA?
A : No. American customers will not be charged import fees.
Q : Are there import charges on international shipments?
A : Shipping prices do not include VAT or other import taxes, which vary from country to country. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for paying any import taxes and duties that may be charged by their government. Orders that come back to the shop as refused by the customer will receive a refund minus shipping. Please watch tracking on your shipments to be aware of customs processing and delivery.
Q : Can you declare a lower value on customs documents?
A : While we do understand that customs fees are an annoying part of international purchases, we cannot offer to declare a lower value on customs documents.
